Founded in 1978 by Bobby Silverstein, Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions has built a strong reputation through consistent growth and expansion. Starting with the opening of our first tempering facility in 1987, followed by mirror and laminating manufacturing facilities, Trulite quickly established itself as a leader in the glass and aluminum industry. Through the late 1990s and early 2000s, we strategically expanded our footprint with acquisitions and relocations across key markets including New Jersey, Oregon, California, Texas, Florida, and Ohio.
In 2006, we significantly boosted our FEATURES with greenfield projects and facility expansions across Utah, Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Ohio.The acquisition of Trulite Industries (Toronto, Ontario) in 2007 and ongoing asset purchases solidified our North American presence. In 2010, Sun Capital Partners acquired Trulite, leading to a period of major growth through acquisitions of Vitro America, UGC, Western States Glass, Zevas Tempered, AGC Fabrication, RF Supply, and VFG Group.
More recently, in 2022, Truelink Capital acquired Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions, setting the stage for continued innovation and customer service excellence.
