Rick Jeske

Founder of Jeske Glass

Rick Jeske brings over three decades of construction and glass installation experience to every job. He founded Jeske Glass in 2008 with a clear mission: to deliver technically advanced, beautifully executed glass projects with the kind of precision that only comes from hands-on expertise.

Rick is known for being a perfectionist—someone who doesn’t just meet expectations, but exceeds them through exact measurements, rigorous planning, and creative problem-solving. He’s particularly well-regarded for his ability to take on difficult, architecturally complex jobs that require a blend of structural understanding and design finesse.

He remains deeply involved in every aspect of the business, from estimating and design to final installation. Clients appreciate his clear communication, technical insights, and relentless commitment to getting the details right—whether it’s ensuring a consistent reveal between stair treads or a perfectly aligned glass railing system.

Rick leads a close-knit, highly experienced team that includes family members and long-time collaborators. Together, they share a passion for turning custom glass into lasting architectural statements.
