Product Description

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions’ MS300 XT Ultra-Thermal Hi-Performance Entrance Door was designed using a polyamide thermal strut for high-thermal efficiency and is engineered to provide problem-free installation. The door may be equipped with a wide range of hardware, including exit devices. The 2-3/8″ thick medium stile (heavy commercial traffic) is assembled with a shear block and tie rod combination. Doors are dry glazed with 1″ glazing infill. The door can be easily integrated into Trulite’s thermally broken storefront systems.

Ultra-Thermal Design – Advanced thermal break technology with a 3-3/4″ vertical face, 3-1/2″ top rail, 6-1/2″ bottom rail, and 2-3/8″ depth for improved insulation.
Inter-Locking Corner Construction – Conceals raw rail edges to prevent twisting or daylight leaks; tie-rod construction allows for field modifications without voiding warranty.
High-Performance Sealing – Double wool pile weather-stripping on meeting stiles and EPDM bulb gaskets for exceptional air and water resistance.
Hardware Flexibility – Compatible with standard closers, hinges, pivots, panic devices, locks, and electric strikes.
Premium Finishes – Available in clear or dark bronze anodized coatings, AAMA 2605 fluoropolymer powder coatings, or custom colors.
Single-Source Integration – Designed to work seamlessly with Trulite framing systems and glazing accessories.
Limited Lifetime Corner Warranty – Ensures long-term reliability under normal use.

Air Infiltration (ASTM E283) – Maximum of 1.0 CFM/ft² at 1.57 psf pressure differential.
Structural Load Test (ASTM E330) – ±55 psf uniform load rating for pairs of doors.
Thermal Performance (NFRC 102/AAMA 1503) – U-value of 0.50 BTU/hr-ft²-°F; Condensation Resistance Factor (CRF) of 50 (frame) and 61 (glass).
Acoustical Ratings (ASTM E90) – STC = 30; OITC = 27 for effective sound control.
Durability & Warranty – Two-year standard product warranty plus limited lifetime corner warranty.
System Compatibility – Designed for use with Trulite storefront and curtain wall systems to deliver a cohesive, high-performance entrance package.
