Product Description

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions’ CG450/CS450 Storefront is engineered to provide simple fabrication, easy assembly and problem free installations in an easy to use, economical flush glazed framing system. The 1-3/4″ x 4-1/2″ center glazed screw spline system is ideal for single span storefronts and interior applications. The system has options for interior glazing and stack assembly lending itself to the varying needs of our customers. The CG450 can be glazed with 3/16″, 1/4″ or 3/8″ glazing infill. Trulite’s 200, 300 & 500 entrances are easily integrated into this system.

Compatible with Trulite Entrances – Works seamlessly with Trulite entrance door systems for a unified façade.

Performance

Air Infiltration (ASTM E283) – Does not exceed 0.06 cfm/ft² at 6.24 psf static pressure.
Water Resistance (ASTM E331/AAMA 501) – No uncontrolled water infiltration at 10 psf.
Structural Performance (ASTM E330) – ±60 psf design pressure; maximum allowable deflection of L/175 for spans up to 13’-6” and L/240 + ¼” for longer spans.
Thermal Movement – Accommodates temperature swings up to 180°F (82°C) without buckling, seal failure, or performance loss.
Durability & Warranty – Backed by Trulite’s two-year standard manufacturer’s warranty for long-term reliability.
System Compatibility – Accepts concealed fasteners (#14 hex head) and integrates easily with sealant and glazing specifications for Division 8 systems.
