Product Description

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions’ CT451 Storefront is engineered to provide simple fabrication, easy assembly and problem free installations in an easy to use, economical flush glazed framing system. The 2″ x 4-1/2″ center glazed thermally broken system is available in a screw spline assembly and is ideal for single span non-thermal storefront applications. The system has options for interior glazing lending itself to the varying needs of our customers. The CT451 can be glazed with 7/8″or 1″ insulated glazing infill. Trulite’s 200, 300 & 500 entrances are easily integrated into this system.

Performance

Air Infiltration (ASTM E283) – Does not exceed 0.06 cfm/ft² at 6.24 psf static pressure.
Water Resistance (ASTM E331/AAMA 501) – No uncontrolled water infiltration at 15 psf.
Structural Performance (ASTM E330) – ±50 psf design pressure; maximum allowable deflection of L/175 for spans up to 13’-6” and L/240 + ¼” for greater spans.
Thermal Performance – U-factor as low as 0.43 Btu/hr-ft²-°F (NFRC 102); Condensation Resistance Factor (CRF) Frame = 56, Glass = 62.
Acoustic Ratings (ASTM E90) – STC = 33; OITC = 27 for improved sound control.
Thermal Movement – Handles temperature swings up to 180°F (82°C) without compromising seals or performance.
Durability & Warranty – Backed by Trulite’s two-year standard manufacturer’s warranty.
System Integration – Concealed #14 hex fasteners, compatible mullions, and accessories ensure cohesive assembly and performance.
